Meet the Tax Team
Nick Nemeth, Esq.: For 15 years, Dallas IRS lawyer Nick Nemeth, Esq. has helped individuals and businesses resolve legal problems with the Internal Revenue Service.
The Texas attorney founded his law firm, The Law Offices of Nick Nemeth, PLLC, to focus exclusively on providing IRS help and improving taxpayers’ financial well-being. In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Texas, Nick is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Widely acknowledged as aleader in his field of resolving difficult tax disputes with the IRS, Nick writes books that share his tax tips and is regularly featured in mainstream media, including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, USA Today, CNN and CBS MoneyWatch. He is also among a select group of authors featured in the Amazon.com bestseller “Protect and Defend: Proven Strategies from America’s Leading Attorneys to Help you Protect and Defend Your Business, Family and Wealth.”
Nick prides himself in serving the Dallas/Fort Worth community he calls home. People seek out his legal services because IRS problems threaten their financial well-being. Many need IRS help for challenges such as unfiled tax returns, tax liens, bank levies and wage levies.
Their cause for concern is justifiable, as the Internal Revenue Service wields incredible power. Without legal help, the government agency can garnish wages and seize assets for any unresolved tax debts.
Nick’s role as a Dallas tax lawyer is straightforward: Keep the IRS away from his clients (and their assets) until he can negotiate a suitable solution to their tax problems. Once an agreement is reached, attention turns to making certain they never have IRS problems again.
Nick graduated from the University of North Texas and Texas Wesleyan School of Law. He is married and has five children.
